How does the special order request form work?
To access the special order request form click the tab along the top menu bar where you will be directed to the order form. Here you will fill out a few required cells that include:
name
email address
phone number (optional however used as a second form of contact)
catalog number (optional if known)
type of product requesting (drop down menu)
style of product you are looking for (drop down menu)
name of product or artist and track title
comments or specific details/instructions.
When the form is completed you will be required to enter a validation code given prior to submittal. Once submitted we will receive your request in our request desk and it will be assigned to staff for tracking down via one of our distributors. In parallel you will receive an email confirmation confirming that we have received your request and it is in the filling process.
Once we have located the product you desire we will contact you via email to confirm you still would like to keep the order request open and inform you of any details related to the request. All wax and cds will be ordered with NO money down and NO obligation to buy however some gear and accessories may require a security deposit prior to us ordering.
When the product arrives to Oneder Records we will contact you via email to let you know we have the item in stock and will provide a link where you can purchase the item through our shop. We will then hold the product for 5 days and at that time if you have not purchased the product or made special arrangements with us it will be released to the general public and will not be guaranteed available to you. Once the product is added to your shopping cart you will checkout in the normal checkout process.
